    Payroll Analyst for Pharmaceutical Industry

    Job Description:
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our Pharmaceutical Industry clients.

    The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:


    • Processing payroll for multiple clients in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Maintaining payroll records and filing documents
    • Reconciling payroll accounts
    • Responding to inquiries from employees and managers
    • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports
    • Assisting with the preparation of year-end tax forms

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
    • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
