- Leading innovation, excellence, and scalability of the company's technology systems;
- Supporting the product owner to build a product roadmap and ensure the delivery of features to schedule, including assessing technical feasibility, assisting in product ideation, contributing to feature specification, and managing development sprints;
- Effectively managing the engineering team including allocation and overseeing of tasks, setting of objectives and KPIs, mentoring and creating opportunities for professional development, and conducting performance reviews;
- Spearheading DevOps, infrastructure, quality assurance, observability, and related initiatives to strengthen our technical systems and operations;
- Promoting, developing, and educating engineering team on best practices, code quality standards, and new/emerging technologies;
- Enforcing data privacy and information security policies, reporting to the Data Privacy Officer to ensure compliance with security and privacy standards;
- Growing our engineering team through forecasting future resource needs, scouting and hiring of software engineering talent, presenting in job fairs and creating job postings, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
- Strong knowledge and/or certification in cloud computing;
- Deep understanding of network and application security, data protection and governance, and information security standards;
- Proficiency in software design and application architecture (especially event driven architecture and serverless);
- Proven experience building scalable web applications with best practices;
- Ability to think far in advance for the development of complex platforms: spotting problems, bottlenecks and being able to thrive in a quick iterative delivery.

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead to join our team and help shape the future of market research. You will play a central role in driving our engineering team's success and growth. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, planning development projects, providing mentorship, and ensuring the highest quality of code and system operations.
