    Are you a natural leader with a flair for creativity?

    We've got a brilliant opportunity for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Retail Operations team at Briscoe Group

    Based in our Morningside Support Office, this is a vital role, where you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a visual merchandising strategy across our retail network. You'll be working with both our Briscoes and Rebel Sports stores, curating our in-store customer journey.

    You'll lead the way for our stores to create captivating displays to enhance our brand identity, ultimately generating growth in our stores. We're looking for someone who can effortlessly combine their creativity with their strategic planning skills.

    Our Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for:

  • Establishing and implementing a visual merchandising programme for our retail network
  • Collaborating with our store managers to optimise the store layout, ultimately elevating our customer experience
  • Conducting regular store visits to ensure compliance with company guidelines and best practices
  • Ensuring the visual merchandising strategy achieves revenue growth in store
  • Developing guidelines for high and low density visual merchandising standards to proactively maximise seasonal stock levels
  • Consistently pursuing enhancements by adjusting strategies and visual merchandising to align with market trends

    • The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar
  • 3+ years experience in a senior Visual Merchandising role and demonstrable industry knowledge
  • Demonstrable leadership experience
  • Strategic planning experience
  • Experience landing improvements across a large store networks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity & attention to detail
  • Time management and task prioritisation
