    Business Service Associate - 8088

    Our client is looking for an individual who is interested in getting their start in an Insurance Career as a Business Service Associate.

    This role reports to the VP Operations/Director of Service or Delegate.

    Customer service is key, and you will be depended on to find and deliver on internal and external requests and support the renewal team which will include, invoices for endorsements, renewals, policy audits, memos, binders and financing.

    Duties can also include assisting with pink slips, new business, schedules and submissions.

    Our client is a savvy Edmonton based firm that provides innovative insurance solutions to a variety of commercial customers.

    Their customer care has earned them the reputation as a top performing insurance firm. This role focuses on basic clerical and processing needs of the agency.

    You are highly organized and able to prioritize the needs of the clients and staff while providing exceptional customer service.

    Successful completion of MacEwan University's Insurance and Risk Management Diploma program – or equivalent (preferred)
    ~ Commitment to ongoing learning such as General Insurance License, CAIB or CIP
    ~1-2 years experience working with team environment or customer service.
    ~ Familiarity the Agency Manager, Microsoft Office, or Compu Quote an asset.
