- Execute Contemporary French/Italian dishes quickly and efficiently according to the Head Chef's recipes and high-end presentation specifications
- Assist the Head Chef in creating contemporary French/Italian dishes and implement efficient culinary operations
- Assist with daily food ordering and inventory management (ability to inspect, receive and store all kitchen related items)
- Lead by example Communicate the vision and values of the restaurant to all team members
- Comply with the restaurant's food safety rules, as well as high sanitary standards and hygiene measures
- Control food costs and minimize waste according to operational standards
- Prep food according to the standard recipes, with flair, creativity and quality standards
- Follow MAPAQ regulations instilling proper health & safety measures
- Min 3 years experience in fine dining cuisine
- Min 3 years in a Sous Chef position
- Experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
- Positive attitude and innovative thinking
- Must be a Canadian citizen or posses a valid Visa
- Asset: Michelin star experience
- Evening shift
