    Our business unit based in Hamilton , specialized in Industrial Cleaning , is looking for an Health and Safety Coordinator for a full-time permanent position.

    What you have to do:

    Regular field visits to business units and various work sites (70% of working time in the field).

    Participate in and ensure the application of current OHS regulations, procedures and work instructions on work sites and business units.

    Assist staff in identifying existing or potential risks and help them implement preventive or corrective measures/actions and OHS indicators.

    Participate in investigations and detailed analyses of events, inspections, and audits.

    Description du profil

    Do you have a degree in a relevant discipline (OHS, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, etc.) and at least 3 years' experience in prevention and field intervention in a unionized industrial environment?

    Do you have a sound knowledge of current health and safety legislation and regulations?

    Do you have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills?

    Are you dynamic, autonomous, persevering, with a keen sense of organization and a team spirit?

    Do you have good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)?

    Do you have a valid driver's license and are you available to travel regularly on site?
