    Role Overview:

    • 7Gen is at the forefront of innovation in sustainable energy solutions. We are looking to incorporate a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to drive our commercial expansion and solidify our market presence. This role requires an exceptional ability to develop and execute sales strategies, lead a team towards excellence, while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and strategic partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Lead, inspire, and develop a sales team to promote a high-performance culture.
    • Drive the example by developing and closing strategic accounts and supervising the RFP process
    • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maximize growth opportunities.
    • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.
    • Rigorously track sales performance and report progress to the executive team.

    Requirements:

    • Significant experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the mobility or renewable energy sector, with a verifiable success history.
    • Excellent negotiation and high-level deal-closing ability.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to anticipate industry changes.
    • Experience in lead generation and customer journey tactics.
    • Strategic and tactical capacities to meet the growth and revenue targets.
    • Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Proficiency in French and English, both verbal and written is a must.
    • Flexibility to travel across Canada and internationally as required.

    Compensation:

    • The Sales Manager role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, performance-based incentives, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $ % bonus based on personal and team targets (Sales, new deals, MRR) => OTE between 148 and 175, reflecting the candidate's experience and the value they bring to 7Gen.

Ce rôle nécessite une capacité exceptionnelle à développer et à exécuter des stratégies de vente, à mener une équipe vers l'excellence, tout en maintenant des relations solides avec nos clients et partenaires stratégiques.

    Principales responsabilités :

    • Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente innovantes pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
    • Diriger, inspirer et développer une équipe de vente pour promouvoir une culture de haute performance.
    • Montrer l'exemple en développant et en concluant des comptes stratégiques et en supervisant le processus de RFP
    • Établir et maintenir des relations stratégiques avec les partenaires clés, les clients et autres parties prenantes.
    • Analyser les tendances du marché et ajuster les stratégies de vente en conséquence pour maximiser les opportunités de croissance.
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de marketing et de développement de produits pour assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs et initiatives corporatifs.
    • Suivre rigoureusement les performances de vente et rapporter les progrès à l'équipe exécutive.

    Exigences :

    • Expérience significative dans un rôle de leadership en vente, de préférence dans le secteur de la mobilité ou de l'énergie renouvelable, avec un historique de succès vérifiable.
    • Excellente capacité de négociation et habileté à conclure des accords de haut niveau.
    • Solide compréhension des dynamiques de marché et capacité à anticiper les changements dans l'industrie.
    • Expérience dans la génération de leads et les tactiques de parcours client.
    • Capacités stratégiques et tactiques pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance et de revenus.
    • Leadership éprouvé avec la capacité d'inspirer, d'accompagner et de motiver une équipe.
    • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, est indispensable.
    • Flexibilité pour voyager à travers le Canada et à l'international selon les besoins.

    Rémunération :

    • Le poste de directeur des ventes propose un package de rémunération compétitif, incluant un salaire de base, des incitations basées sur la performance, avec une fourchette de gains cibles (OTE) de 110 à 130 + un bonus de 35 % basé sur des objectifs personnels et d'équipe (ventes, nouvelles affaires, revenu mensuel récurrent) => OTE entre 148 et 175, reflétant l'expérience du candidat et la valeur qu'il apporte à 7Gen.
