    Description

    Randstad Staffing is currently seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator/Administrator for a full-time permanent opportunity with a national company in the north of Winnipeg.

    Do you have keen attention to detail and enjoy data entry? Are you familiar managing Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Invoices, and Sales Quotes? Are you organized and able to work in a fast-paced work environment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced work environment? Do you work well under minimal supervision and are able to take initiative? Do you enjoy being around people and working on-site in a casual office? Are you tech-savvy and potentially have previous experience with JDE?

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting the sales team by ensuring a smooth sales order process
    • Obtaining supplier quotes
    • Data management and Data entry of prices, PO's, quotes, and invoices
    • Ensuring invoices are accurately processed
    • Schedule and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
    • Manage deliveries, change orders, shipments, and returns
    • Other administrative duties as assigned
    Qualifications

    • 25 years of administrative experience ideally in a manufacturing or material handling environment
    • Techsavvy good knowledge of MS Office products and JDE would be considered an asset
    • Ability to juggle competing priorities
    • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
