    Canadian Tax Filing Analyst :

    Oversee daily administration of tax filings (federal, state, local withholding) for assigned legal entities including distributions of tax remittances according to tax jurisdiction guidelines.

    Manage client delivery across Tax filing Shared Services and work to mitigate escalations. Support Tax Filing Analysts.
    Strong reconciliation skills (tax codes and frequencies)

    Ability to identify and resolve escalations or complex issues with strong emphasis on associated patterns, trends, and root cause analysis.

    Setting up company in the tax system
    Payroll System to Tax Filing system integration testing
    Bank testing (both internally and with external client)
    Liaison with Payroll client teams and clients
    3-5 years Canadian payroll and/or Canadian payroll tax
    ~ Intermediate Excel knowledge including tables, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
    ~ Occasional evening work to meet daily deadlines
