    Stellenbeschreibung
    • Du schaffst für unsere Bewerbenden eine erstklassige Candidate Journey, vom Erstgespräch, über verschiedene Auswahlschritte bis hin zum Vertragsangebot
    • In Deinen Vertriebs-Regionen bist Du für Bewerbende und unsere Führungskräfte aus den Fachbereichen das Ströer Gesicht für das Recruiting von Sales-Funktionen
    • Recruiting-Gespräche führst Du je nach Anforderung und eigener Präferenz telefonisch, im Videoformat sowie gemeinsam mit Fachbereich in Präsenz in der Niederlassung
    • Du verstehst es, Dich mit Vertriebs-Talenten, von (Quer-)Einstieg bis Management, zu vernetzen und diese für Ströer zu begeistern
    • Bei der regelmäßige Mitarbeit an Konzepten zur Personalgewinnung sowie bei der Durchführung von Pilotprojekten in Deinen Regionen überzeugst Du durch innovative Ideen
    • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im aktiven Recruiting oder in der Personaldienstleistung mit und hast Lust die Medienbranche besser kennenzulernen
    • Durch Deine Erfahrung in der Personalauswahl verstehst Du es, die passenden KollegInnen für Ströer zu gewinnen
    • Du hast Interesse am Vertrieb und bringst im Idealfall ein grundsätzliches Verständnis vom Direktvertrieb mit
    • Mit Deiner selbstständigen, lösungs- und kundenorientierten Arbeitsweise stellst Du Dich schnell auf neue Projekte und Herausforderungen ein
