    Description

    Sinclair Dental prides itself on being a leader in the dental supply industry with 50 years of service and an excellent reputation in the Canadian market.

    We are a Canadian privately owned business with 11 locations across the country, and a dedicated team of over 600 people.

    Specifically, this position is in charge of expanding sales and market presence, managing the quality of the customer experience while managing cost and risks simultaneously and managing the coordination of support functions (customer service, warehouse and service department).

    As a leader, you will assume responsibilities for the day-to-day supervision and leadership of the London branch, including recruiting, training, supervising and appraising employees.

    To succeed in this position, you will require a formal post-secondary education or similar work experience and at least seven years' experience in a comparable industry, with three years in a leadership position managing people.

    You are excited to work in a family run entrepreneurial business and are able to operate both strategically and operationally.
