    Description
    Excel Personal is actively recruiting a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to play a key role in overseeing communications, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless operations for our executive client in Prince George, BC. If you have 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, exceptional organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:
    • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
    • Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
    • Keeping the executive's calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
    • Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
    • Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
    • Coordinate travel arrangements
    • Planning and organizing events that take place externally, such as fundraisers, sporting tournaments, and appreciation events
    • Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
    • Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 2-3 years in an Executive Assistant role or equivalent experience reporting directly to upper management
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Basic office equipment skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Capable of performing a variety of tasks simultaneously.
    • Quick learner and comfortable mastering all required systems and programs.
    • Flexibility and comfort with non-routine assignments and tasks.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional errands.

    Compensation:
    • Negotiated based on experience, starting from $60,000 to $65,000 per annum
    • Monday to Friday schedule with a 37.5 to 40-hour work week.
    • Enjoy 3 weeks of vacation in your first year, extended medical and dental benefits, and employer-paid pension and RRSP plans.
    • A standard 3-month probation period to ensure the right fit for you.
