If you are seeking a job where you have important responsibilities, this one is for you As an Access Control Security Guard in the health care sector, you will ensure high level of customer service in a challenging environment, greeting and providing access to people and directing them to right place. We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time health care Access control Guards to work at one of our Healthcare site in Winnipeg . As an Access control guard in the Healthcare, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there

Full Time Permanent Schedules we are looking to fill

FT 1 : Monday to Wednesday

Part Time Permanent Schedules we are looking to fill?

PT1 : Thursday and Friday

PT2 : Thursday and Friday

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?

Provide excellent customer service
Access control duties
Good and effective communication skills are required with ability to engage and to de-escalate situations
Must provide high level of customer service in a challenging environment, greeting people and directing them to the right place.
Will need to monitor site visitors, staff, Perform ID checks.
Will respond to various site emergencies (codes), and when required, immediately coordinating with the site security and calling backup in order to ensure security of patients, visitors, staff, property and information.
Will need to observe presence of any suspicious person, things, unusual activity, or issues if seen at the site, and respond to the situation, and manageimmediate coordinationand reporting to site security.
Incident and daily reporting according to the site requirement and standards.

Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
Must be able to work Weekend Morning shifts
Fluent in English, both written and orally
High school education or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
