- Ensure effective recruitment, training, and retention strategies are in place to build a skilled and engaged finance team.
- Promote collaboration across finance teams and with business unit leaders to ensure cohesive financial planning and reporting.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of business intelligence tools and data analytics practices to enhance financial decision-making and operational insights.
- Oversee the enhancement of financial systems and ERP integrations to improve reporting capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; master's degree or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a complex financial environment.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.

As a key leader within the Finance department, the Group Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the organization. This role ensures the integrity of accounting information by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. The Group Finance Controller will lead the finance team in driving the company's financial strategy and planning, overseeing regulatory compliance, and ensuring the accuracy of the company's financial results.
