    Our client is a leader in the healthcare industry.

    The Senior Financial Analyst works with Senior and Program Management teams to achieve and maintain effective financial management, control, and planning while working within the corporate accounting and control policies and procedures.

    Review all financial and related data; compare operating performance to plan and prior year; Assists in the preparation of the Hospital Annual Planning Submission (HAPS & HSAA).

    Prepare and present monthly analysis and report on financial and volume operating results.
    Assist program management in reporting year-to-date operating results and year-end projections on a monthly basis.

    Assist program management in the identification and documentation of process improvement and/or cost saving opportunities and assist in the implementation of such opportunities where appropriate.

    Monitor and report to the programs' Vice President and their management team on the achievement of expense reduction and revenue enhancement targets.

    Benchmark and analyze program performance.
    Coordinate the portfolio's annual financial planning process.
    Identify and assess data quality and integrity improvement opportunities.
    Participates on multi-disciplinary teams and committees related to special projects.
    Minimum 5+ years of strong accounting and analysis related experience
    Strong Accounting, Finance and analytical skills required.
    Advanced level Microsoft Excel, Access & PowerPoint as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
    Experience in preparing budgets, analyzing financial and related data to identify trends and relationships.
    Experience with costing models, hospital utilization and clinical data
