CRM record keeping and lead management of all customer interactionsOutstanding telephone skills with impressive ability to relate over the phone, good speaking voice, and able to deal with multiple levels within organizations
Excellent oral and written communication in English (French an asset)
Stay informed about brands and products
Ability to use Microsoft Office and comfortable using web-based software and communication tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a definite asset
