    Description

    Experience & skills

    • 5+ years of product management role in large and complex Data & BI platform environments
    • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
    • Experience in legacy modernization and data migration projects preferred
    • Experience in data platforms, data warehousing, business intelligence reporting tools is nice to have
    • Retail industry experience is nice to have

    Accountabilities:

    • Define, analyze and communicate data platform roadmap aligned with business objectives and priorities, working with multiple client stakeholder groups
    • Product owner responsibilities within an agile team, specifically documenting user stories and acceptance criteria for new data platform functionality
    • Make data/ROI-driven decisions
    • Develop a roadmap for continuously building and integrating new components and data onboarding to data platform
    • Lead & partner with other data analysis & data engineering teams to build appropriate data tools for extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources
    • Write dataset product specifications, describe feature stories , write acceptance criteria
    • Work with engineering teams to understand data onboarding issues and turn those insights into backlog items
