    Description
    We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team.

    As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English and French-speaking customers.

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


    Duties:

    • Assist customers in English and French via phone, email, or chat
    • Provide product information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns
    • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
    • Process sales orders and assist with order tracking
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain customer records and update databases
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely manner

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in both English and French(verbal and written)
    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations
    • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
    • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
