    Guest Services Representative – Camper's City, Moncton, NB

    May to end of October

    Full-time Roles Available

    Killam Apartment REIT (TSX:), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.

    We are looking for energetic and customer focused Guest Services Representatives to join our team for the season at Camper's City Seasonal Resort.

    Responsibilities :


    •Provide exceptional customer service in the store including greeting customers and answering calls courteously;


    •Book reservations online or by telephone;


    •Ensure store merchandise is fully stocked and well organized at all times;


    •Process payments for seasonal and overnight guests;


    •Balance POS system and cash register daily;


    •Help coordinate interactive children's activities;


    •Clean and maintain inside and outside store areas;


    •Other tasks as required.

    Qualifications :


    •Excellent customer service skills;


    •Basic computer skills are required;


    •Ability to work well in a team and individually;


    •Strong problem-solving and time management skills;


    •Ability to take initiative;


    •Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in French and English required.

    Les responsabilités :


    •Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en magasin, y compris accueillir les clients et répondre aux appels avec courtoisie ;


    •Traiter des réservations en ligne ou par téléphone ;


    •S'assurer que la marchandise du magasin est entièrement approvisionnée et bien organisée en tout temps ;


    •Traiter les paiements pour les clients saisonniers et de nuitée ;


    •Balancer le système de point de vente et la caisse enregistreuse quotidiennement ;


    •Aider à coordonner les activités interactives pour les enfants ;


    •Nettoyer et entretenir à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des magasins ;


    •Autres tâches au besoin.

    Qualifications requises :


    •Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle ;


    •Des compétences de base en informatique sont requises ;


    •Capacité de bien travailler en équipe et individuellement ;


    •Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en gestion du temps ;


    •Capacité de prendre des initiatives.


    •Capacité de communiquer (oralement et par écrit) en français et en anglais requise.
