    Director, Workforce Experience and Employee Relations Projects

    What you'll be doing:

    • Operational Oversight - Leading a team dedicated to enhancing the employee and client experience by leveraging best practices, tools, and technology. Oversee and support all aligned ER WE processes/job aids according to applicable policy/legislative requirements. Analyze employee/workforce and business data/metrics and provide recommendations on leadership and human resources issues.
    • People Management - Build team and individual capabilities, provide development opportunities, manage performance, and ensure policy compliance to promote a positive work environment.
    • Analysis - Responsible for WE reporting, metrics and analysis, executive briefings, and tracking team activities and action planning. Identify concerns arising from reviews/visits and assess associated risks.
    • Compliance - Ensure compliance with all applicable CIBC and GELR, P&P policies, standards, guidelines, and controls.

    • You are a caring and accountable leader, with experience in developing and implementing strategic team goals and coaching employees for successful performance.
    • You possess strong organizational skills and can establish systems and processes effectively.
    • You have a degree/diploma in a related field, with experience in financial services and knowledge of CIBC lines of business.
