Executive Director Clinical Services amp CNO-Winnipeg West including Grace Hospital and ACCESS Winnipeg West

The incumbent is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the COO and members of the Winnipeg West Integrated Health and Social Services Senior Management Team.

The incumbent leads and is responsible for effective service delivery of various WRHA Clinical Programs and Services within the Geographic Area.

The incumbent is dedicated to the integration of acute and community programs and services as well as continually improving the level of patient/client care provided.

Experience in Acute Care services required.
Experience in community health or social services preferred.
Extensive experience in service delivery and business operations.
Ability to lead and participate in both short and long term planning.
Experience in human resource management, financial management and quality improvement required.
Experience with facilities management is desirable.

Ability to work in a complex environment that includes working with the various acute and community department and programs.

Ability to actively promote and support integration of services.
Strong collaborative, interpersonal and relationship or team building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, an asset.
