    Your Impact:

    As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll work in a collaborative environment with the goal of making a positive impact. You'll be trained to become an expert in your field and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

    You'll handle customer billing inquiries, identify unique needs, address concerns, process payments, and apply emotional intelligence to enhance the overall customer experience. Ever wondered what a day in the life of a Customer Care Representative includes?

    • Communicate with customers via inbound calls, addressing queries on billing, payments, services, offers, and service adjustments
    • Identify customer needs through active listening, providing solutions, troubleshooting, and suggesting products based on their requirements
    • Adopt a consultative approach with customers facing service issues, taking ownership of problems and their resolution
    • Utilize various computer systems to research products, services, and common issues
    • Document customer interactions, needs, and outcomes in the appropriate system, creating additional requests if real-time resolution is not feasible
    • Create a memorable experience in every interaction through exceptional communication skills and swift service delivery
    • Participate in regular coaching sessions with your supervisor to ensure KPIs are met

    Requirements


    • Minimum age of 18
    • Availability to work between the hours of [7 AM and 12 AM EST] with flexibility
    • At least 6 months of customer service experience with an appreciation for coaching and feedback
    • Proficiency in issue troubleshooting and a commitment to resolving customer problems
    • Display a caring, supportive, and friendly demeanor in all interactions with confidence and urgency
    • Comfortable with computers, multi-monitor setups, and desk work
    • Results-driven with the ability to offer recommendations and solutions to customers
    • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work from home with a suitable workspace and a stable internet connection
