- A minimum of five (5) years of experience selling engineered rotating equipment and packaged solutions for major greenfield and sustaining capital projects in the Alberta Oilsands.
- Combines a strong competitive nature with active listening skills and a consultative approach to selling.
- Exceptional ability to present information and respond to questions from various stakeholder groups representing management, technical, and commercial interests both on the client-side and from within Weir Minerals.
- A Bachelor Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline with a focus on mechanical equipment designed for mining or related severe-duty market segments preferred. However, consideration will also be given to candidates who do not have a technical education background but can demonstrate in the mentioned areas due to many years of selling experience.
