- IT support for our global workforce, including maintenance, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and issue resolution.
- Manage our fleet of Windows and Mac OS laptops using MDM tools like Jamf and Microsoft Intune, for zero-touch provisioning, configuration, and security hardening.
- Administer our growing stack of Software-as-a-Service tools, including Google Workspace, Github, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack, and much more.
- Manage office wireless networks and conferencing equipment.
- Manage the full lifecycle for employee-assigned hardware (e.g. laptops, accessories), including purchasing, shipping logistics, replacement, and eventual decommissioning, while keeping our asset management system up to date.
- Conduct seamless onboarding and offboarding of staff as they join and leave the organization.
- Support Introhive's ongoing compliance with information security certification standards like SOC2 and ISO27001, by enforcing strong automated security controls, driving continuous security improvement, and conducting internal audits of assets.
- Document and contribute to ongoing improvement of IT systems and procedures.
- University degree or college diploma in a technical domain, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new technologies.
- Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities
- Understanding of cyber security fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical issues
