    Partie intégrante des Services de bureau de gestion familiale RBC, le spécialiste en planification financière collabore avec nos conseillers pour offrir des plans financiers exhaustifs et personnalisés à la clientèle fortunée de RBC Gestion de patrimoine. Vous contribuerez également au développement des affaires, à la recherche d'opportunités d'affaires et à la croissance des revenus.

    Responsabilités

    • Préparer des plans financiers exhaustifs qui répondent aux besoins des clients en matière de finances, de placements, de retraite, de fiscalité, de gestion du risque et de planification successorale.
    • Fournir des avis d'expert sur des questions touchant la clientèle notamment les sociétés de portefeuille, les options d'achat d'actions d'employés, les régimes de retraite individuels, les conventions de retraite, les dons et la planification philanthropique.
    • Simplifier des stratégies complexes afin d'aider les conseillers.
    • Préparer des plans financiers en collaboration avec l'équipe d'Analystes en planification financière.
    • Faire la promotion d'un milieu de travail qui favorise l'innovation, la créativité, la collaboration et la diversité.
    • Mettre en place de bons réseaux internes et externes ainsi que des sources de référencement.

    Ce qu'il faut pour réussir

    Exigences

    • Cinq ans d'expérience en planification fiscale auprès de la clientèle fortunée.
    • Cinq ans d'expérience pertinente dans tous les aspects de la planification financière.
    • Au moins l'une des désignations professionnelles suivantes : CA, CMA, CGA ou CPA.
    • Excellentes aptitudes en communication (orale et écrite).
    • Très bonnes aptitudes en matière d'analyse et bon jugement.
    • Connaissance de Microsoft Office et de logiciels de planification financière comme Conquest ou Naviplan.
    • Habileté de travailler tant en équipe que de façon autonome.

    Atouts

    • Connaissance du secteur des placements et des assurances.
    • Diplôme de planificateur(-trice) financier(-ière) décerné par l'IQPF.
