    Description
    Administrative Support Clerk Parks and Recreation

    Imagine getting to work without needing to get on the highway This role is contracted to start with a potential for full-time.

    Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
    Conduct site checks for clients
    Using intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables & mail merge) to create and maintain trackable spreadsheets
    Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
    1+ years of reception/administrative experience
    Post-secondary education or Experience in a related field
    Naturally hospitable and truly enjoy helping the team
    Leveraging Knowledge, Training, Experience and Technology.
    Commercial Landscape Construction. Landscape Management - including Snow and Ice Management Property Care. Property Services.
