Buckland is looking for a Strategic Business Partner
What you'll be doing
The Strategic Business Partner will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and will play a leadership role in supporting and collaborating with all levels of management. The Strategic Business Partner will manage competing priorities to drive system implementations, strategic initiatives, culture shift and enhance organizational efficiency.
As an integral part of our organization, the Strategic Business Partner will take ownership of schedules, assist senior leaders in tracking and reporting progress on OKR's, and ensure seamless communication and coordination across various stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual who will be responsible for initiating, planning, and executing various projects and work streams.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to implement solutions having a passion for new technology, finance, and project management. Having proven success across all lines of business, and an understanding of the executive leadership vision you will be well positioned for career advancement at Buckland.
