The Senior Human Capital Business Partner is involved in the management and development of human capital to support overall corporate objectives.
The Senior Human Capital Business Partner acts as an advisor to company directors and managers, helping them to decide on long-term strategies for Human Capital and employees.
Hybrid work mode: 3 days/week in the office is required to encourage face-to-face exchanges.Company events.
Office:
Large common room with Mini-Putt, swing, board games, treats, healthy bars, free fruits, and coffee.
Monitor Human Capital analysis and use relevant data to understand employee engagement and satisfaction.
Coach managers on Human Capital issues affecting the company and develop concrete solutions.
Employee Lifecycle Management :
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Workforce Planning :
Support managers in their workforce planning
Training and Development:
Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and support the development of training programs.
Human Capital Data Analysis : Use Human Capital data to provide actionable insights to leaders, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, health and safety procedures and HR best practices.
University degree in Human Capital (HC/HR), business management or related field.
Experience:
Significant experience (more than 10 years) in human resources roles, with specific experience of at least 8 years as a business partner.
Ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing i s essential for collaborating with national team .
Analytical Skills :
Strong ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make strategic recommendations.
Legal Knowledge :
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and human resources regulations.
Ability to understand global business objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly.
