Buckland is looking for a Strategic Business PartnerThe Strategic Business Partner will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and will play a leadership role in supporting and collaborating with all levels of management.
The Strategic Business Partner will manage competing priorities to drive system implementations, strategic initiatives, culture shift and enhance organizational efficiency.
As an integral part of our organization, the Strategic Business Partner will take ownership of schedules, assist senior leaders in tracking and reporting progress on OKR's, and ensure seamless communication and coordination across various stakeholders.
This role requires a proactive individual who will be responsible for initiating, planning, and executing various projects and work streams.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to implement solutions having a passion for new technology, finance, and project management.

Serve as a liaison between executives and various departments, ensuring deliverables are in line with set expectations
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance strategic planning and execution
Postgraduate or Professional designation such as HBA, MBA, CPA, P. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects with impeccable follow through
Demonstrated high-level administrative experience, high flexibility, and responsiveness
Experience in a strategic executive support role
Exceptional project management skills
Proficient in using productivity tools and software
