- Lead and inspire the CAR team, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations to encourage growth and development.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to enhance team's selling skills and product knowledge.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize the sales process.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Managers and Operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Managing the Sales Process, including regular review and reporting on the volume of quotations and managing the OML for the team as well as monitoring outbound call volumes as part of the prospecting activities of the team members.
- Generate regular sales reports and present them to the Sales Director, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Build a trusted relationship with Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Operations team, and Sales Representatives.
- Manage and Support sales onboarding and training.
- Compliance to SOP's and Policies.
- Post-Secondary education in Business or related field or a minimum of five (5) years industry experience.
- Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in the wholesale and plumbing industry.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving targets.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven high ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Strong Microsoft Office, Tableau, BI, knowledge and skills would be an asset.
- Fluency in both French and English would be an asset.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Customer Account Rep Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding our inside sales outbound team to foster strong relationships with existing customers, build relationship with new customers, and drive sales growth. This position demands a skilled individual with a keen understanding of wholesale and plumbing industries, excellent leadership capabilities, and a passion for providing top-notch customer experiences.
