Supporter une P remière Vice-présidente associée et une Vice-présidente dans diverses tâches administratives: gestion des courriels, agenda et réunions, déplacements et voyages d'affaires, comptes de dépenses, etc.
Planifier, coordonner et organiser les réunions: invitations, conflits d'horaire adressés et résolus, réservations des salles, traiteur, équipements, ordre du jour, documentation nécessaire, suivis de points à exécuter et autres besoins.
Assurer la qualité et l'exactitude de l'information et/ou traduction des documents. Assurer la qualité et l' exactitude des documents à transmettre à l'externe ou aux membres de la haute direction .
Accomplir toute autre tâche de nature administrative .
Collaborer au sein d'une équipe administrative.
Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration ou en secrétariat ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience .
Bonnes connaissances de la suite Office (incluant une excellente connaissance de Word et PowerPoint) et de gestion des courriels et agenda .
Expérience dans le domaine des finances (un atout indéniable).
Excellentes habiletés de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit en français et en anglais. Nécessité d'interagir régulièrement avec une clientèle et des collègues anglophones dans tout le pays.
Excellentes habiletés à traduire (de l'anglais au français et du français à l'anglais).
