    Job Summary

    Under direct supervision of the Head Coach, Swimming assists with the coaching, management and coordination of the Men's and Women's Varsity Swim programs. The objectives are to provide opportunities for athletically talented swimmers and develop them to their fullest potential as student-athletes. Partnership with Swimming Canada through the High-Performance Centre, Vancouver is integral to the success of the program. This position is responsible for operating under USPORTS operating bylaws, university policies and philosophy and objectives of the varsity program and Athletic and Recreation department.

The Assistant Coach, Swimming reports directly to the Head Coach, Swimming on a daily basis and is ultimately responsible to the Director of Athletics, Student Services.
