    Description
    Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounting Analyst is responsible for administering daily accounting activities within the Finance team.

    He/She will perform a range of general bookkeeping and accounting support functions, while providing high quality services in an efficient manner.

    The ideal candidate has excellent organisation and communication skills, is self-motivated, and can work in a high-volume and fast-evolving environment.

    Responsibilities
    Operations Support - 60%


    • Reconcile multi-currency payment processors
    • Process accounting journal entries
    • Collaborate closely with the other departments within the finance team to liaise and share information
    • Carry out other accounting related tasks as needed
    Reporting - 30%


    • Prepare monthly banking reconciliations
    • Provide analyses of movements within various accounts
    • Provide support with the month-end closing process
    • Assist with audits by providing required supporting documentation
    • Manage and maintain efficient and accurate filing
    Continuous Improvement - 10%


    • Act as resource for more junior staff by providing guidance and support, answering questions, and bringing forth potential solutions
    • Assist the Finance team in the development and optimization of systems
    • Participate in creating, drafting and maintaining policies and procedures
    Qualifications

    • D.E.C. ou licence en comptabilité
    • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
    • Maîtrise avancée des logiciels Microsoft Excel et Word.
    • Familiarité avec les logiciels de comptabilité (par exemple, SAP), un atout.
    • Bonnes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français.
