Build a robust candidate pipeline
    Present the financial business case for new hires to the hiring manager/executive for approval
    Actively promote the GTS brand and value proposition via social media, thought leadership and market meetings
    Industry related certifications such as CIP, FCIP or CRM.
    ~ Completion of continuing education courses as required by Crawford or required by respective authority.
    ~10+ years functional/technical experience.
    ~ Strong business planning skills with a customer centric approach.
    ~ Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
