    Description

    Requirements for the Role:

    • Minimum 7 years of Technical Escalation Support experience in a Tier 2/3 environment.
    • Experience in customer-facing or customer technical support role.
    • Customer Engagement exposure with Dynamics 365 or a similar cloud product.
    • D365CE architecture understanding, including deployment processes and telemetry.
    • Proficiency in SQL development with in-depth query and schema knowledge.
    • Extensive knowledge of D365FO SDK for writing and troubleshooting.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure stack technology such as IaaS, Microservice Apps, and SQL Azure.
    • Expertise in memory dump tooling and analysis.
    • Familiarity with Visual Studio development languages, PowerShell, CLI, and git.
    • Background in service engineering and/or DevOps at internet scale with user data and/or enterprise-level software development.
    • Competency in network troubleshooting and tool usage including Fiddler, Wireshark, Netmon, etc.

    Skills and Qualifications Needed:

    • Demonstrated leadership abilities in handling technically challenging customer situations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills using various data collection tools and methodologies.
    • Ability to collaborate with Engineering teams for architectural improvements and stability enhancements.
    • Outstanding partnership skills and familiarity with development tools, languages, and processes.
    • Capability to initiate product/service enhancements within core technical focus areas.
    • Logical and critical thinking with a track record of success in ambiguous situations and under deadline pressures.
    • Passion for technology and customer support.
    • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams on multiple technical projects simultaneously.
