    Competitive salary range:
    $50,000-$65,000About youTo succeed in this role, you will need:2+ years of law office experience in litigationPost-secondary education in Office Admin, Legal Admin or Law ClerkGood knowledge of Rules of Civil ProcedurePC skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, emailEffective verbal and written communicationPlan, organize, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, adapt to changesWork independently, maintain discretion with sensitive info, stay positiveAbout the roleIf hired, you will:Prepare, extensively edit, and ensure the quality of correspondence and legal documentationDraft pleadings to be filed with various courtsCoordinate external and internal communication —mail, e-mail, fax and telephone callsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, addressing inquiriesMaintain client filesCompile dockets dailyPrepare accountsCoordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and maintain agendaAssist with other projects and support other departments as neededPerks & BenefitsComprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)RRSP contribution matchingWellness programsEducation/Training programApplied to this job already?
