Come Grow with Us Forsite is actively looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant who is willing to learn, has strong attention to detail, and is able to take direction. This position is a 100% office-based role, located in Salmon Arm, BC.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will provide support to the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Customer payments;
Processing timesheets;
Invoicing;
Accurate and timely data entry;
Filing;
Assisting with phone support; and
Other duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A safety conscious attitude;
Strong administrative skills;
Post-secondary education in bookkeeping an asset;
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
Able to perform quick and accurate data entry;
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, experience using accounting software applications an asset;
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality;
Must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers;
The ability to relate to a variety of people and work in a team environment.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $18-$22 per hour at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training.

The long-term goal for this position is for the successful candidate to develop their skills so they can be promoted to being an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
