Description
AEM Technical Specialist On behalf of our client in the Automotive Sector, PROCOM is looking for an AEM Technical Specialist.
Develop application roadmap, provide product expertise and support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and business functions
Review existing and emerging technologies, market trends and product capabilities to determine potential impact on the enterprise's architecture strategy and alignment to business plans
Ensure that Digital Asset Management and Content Management System (AEM) is developed and integrated into application landscape and in accordance with company product standards and guidelines
Deliver enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with evolving business needs
Interface with vendors to understand roadmap for specific products and coordinate upgrades and maintenance releases
Maintain expert level of product knowledge
Monitoring existing systems and recommending improvements by integrating new technologies
Lead the ongoing development of Digital Asset Management and Content Management System (AEM) to ensure robustness and proactively looking for improvement and efficiencies
Manage Business Requirements for AEM projects
Solicit and define requirements for large-scale projects (integrations with other systems, migrations to AEM, translation, etc.).
Translate and define business needs into agile stories for AEM development teams
Review Agile stories for completeness and accuracy and acceptance criteria
Investigating AEM and other Adobe capabilities and make recommendations to limit customizations
Manages all aspects of Digital Asset Management and Content Management System (AEM), including the day-to-day processes and overall operations: best practice, issue management, data quality and integrity
Produce and maintain up-to-date solution and application architectural design diagrams, conceptual models and workflows related to Digital Asset Management and Content Management System (AEM)
Maintain product roadmap, application inventory and knowledge base for Digital Asset Management and Content Management System (AEM)
Identify, recommend and support, application changes for Digital Asset Management and Content Management System (AEM)
Create and maintain product lifecycle, coordinate upgrades and maintenance releases
Assist IS teams in defining application support strategy for system deployment
Develop user training material and production documentation
Support business users during daily/weekly/monthly processes and provide application support as required
Application Design & Support
Support dissemination and maturity of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) / Application Lifecycle
Management (ALM) processes and deliverables
Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing and support
Lead the definition of test strategy and coordinate System/Integration Testing
Provide sustainment support required to maintain and advance the use of Platform
Create scope documents, write business requirement documents and document functional specifications
Interact with Business Systems Analyst/Developers to ensure that questions and discrepancies about specifications are resolved during the solution development process
Ensure projects do not diverge from established architecture guidelines
Provide consulting services for the maintenance, enhancement and troubleshooting of enterprise applications
Champion the proper use of tools, processes and standards by conducting education, application review and design sessions to reinforce skills and knowledge baseline
Stakeholder Engagement
Work with business units' users to identify improvement opportunities, plan medium and long-term enhancements and assist users in determining priorities
Foster a positive, open learning environment where ideas and suggestions become a source of continuous process improvement
Take initiative to recommend processes improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
Interact with other members of Information Services to ensure that questions and discrepancies about specifications are resolved during the solution review process
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve collaboration and overall alignment
Collaborate with local and regional I.S. teams to deliver enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with evolving business needs
Work with third party vendors (e.g., Application Manages Service Teams) to develop solutions and/or integrate their applications into application landscape
Influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
AEM Technical Specialist - Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience in a FA/BA/BSA or similar roles with the Adobe Experience Manager environment
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is considered an asset
All candidates must have excellent communication and facilitation skills along with proven ability to gather and define requirements & conduct analysis
Understanding of the AEM DevOps process
Ability to troubleshoot deployment or build issues when they arise
Ability to Wireframe AEM Components
Hands-on development experience for AEM Components and Themes using CSS, XML and HTML
University Degree in computer science, business administration or related discipline
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
Results oriented mindset
Experience partnering with outsourced vendors
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative, good judgment and effective decision-making
Strong process improvement orientation, and experience in leading discussions to drive positive results amongst inter-disciplinary groups
Hands-on experience in technical solution design, software specifications, conceptualization and development

AEM Technical Specialist - Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in Agile projects is considered an asset
