    Are you passionate about technology and helping businesses run smoothly? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Banner Business Solutions, one of the UK's leading providers of business supplies and services.

    We're seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be directly impacting our customers' success by installing and maintaining their IT equipment, ensuring their operations run seamlessly.

    Travel to various client sites, replacing and swapping out retail IT devices, all while providing exceptional service and building positive relationships.

    Leverage your expertise in Canon, HP, Lexmark, UTAX, and Toshiba devices to tackle any technical challenge with confidence.
    Collaborate with colleagues in the field and at head office to ensure quality standards are always met.

    Continuously expand your knowledge through training and certification programs, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

    You understand that happy customers are the foundation of success, and you go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.


    Field service experience:
    You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    We value diversity and believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best.

    The work is based on the customers sites and involves driving to various sites daily to perform the replacement and swap out of customer IT devices.

    The work is scheduled for 5 days in any 7 and will involve working alternate weekends, but gives you a happy work life balance
    Typically calls will be scheduled in office hours.
