    Position: Technical Writer – Senior
    Location: Remote/Peterborough
    Duration: Months contract + Possible extension

    Job Description:
  • Oral and written communication skills, Interpersonal and consultative skills, Facilitation skills
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to promote and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while also building team capacity.
  • Common operating systems, Software proficiency
  • Telecommunications Skills needed.
  • SharePoint online management and Maintenance Experience
  • Public safety radio or telecommunications infrastructure experience in a large public sector entity
  • Experience with large-scale/ complex projects involving network design, network implementation, civil structures, user equipment distribution and operations.
    • Must Haves:
  • Years of Experience in Public safety radio or telecommunications infrastructure experience in a large public sector entity
  • + years of experience in Technical Writing with above average communication skills especially in written English
  • The ability to promote and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while also building team capacity.
  • Ability to produce an enhanced SharePoint intranet site to ensure that users can perform their jobs more efficiently and support them in having a seamless workflow.
  • The skill set to change technical terms to non-technical terms and vice versa for better communication back to the client.
