    As a Senior Technical Analyst, your role will be to help the Agency's various clients / stakeholders make better, informed decisions by changing and maintaining Corporate systems.

    Supporting the gathering and documentation of business requirements and translating these requirements into viable technology upgrades or maintenance.
    ► Collaborating with other IM/IT analysts to develop, design, implement and maintain Corporate software's and Collaboration tools such as M365.
    ► Configure and manage M365 such as SharePoint by creating and managing sites, site collection features, groups using the admin center.
    ► Provide end-user support and coordination on different systems such as SharePoint, M365 applications, EDRMS and corporate systems.
    ► Leading the development, design, implementation and maintenance of Corporate solutions (On-prem, SaaS, PaaS or IaaS).
    ► Leading the creation of architecture designs and/or the development, implementation and maintenance of business application to enable the efficient extraction and migration of data;
    ► Making current and historical data, performance metrics and descriptive statistics accessible to clients / stakeholders through various means (e.g., and create comprehensive user guides, manuals, and online help documentation for M365 and others corporate systems and applications.     This position requires onsite presence at our headquarters located in downtown Ottawa (234 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, Ontario).

    A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established to staff similar term and/or indeterminate positions, with various language requirements, that may become available.

    Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution college, university) with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed OR an acceptable combination of education, training and two years minimum of relevant experience in information technology. Extensive* and recent
    experience implementing and integrating Software solution.

    Extensive and recent experience providing end-user support on related corporate systems such as Open Text eDOCS, Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.

    Extensive* and recent** experience in managing and administering document management, collaboration or storage systems such as SharePoint.
    Experience in leading and supporting a minimum of two large IT projects.
    Experience providing IT guidance and recommendations base on risk management approach to manager and/or above.

    Experience in designing and migration of Corporate Information management System such as (RDIMS, GCDOCS, IRIMS...) to SharePoint. Experience in technical writing and creating reports aimed at manager's level.
    Knowledge in writing Procedures, User guides and/or Implementation plans.
    Knowledge of emerging technology trends for collaboration and corporate services. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
    Strategic Thinking (Innovating through analysis and ideas).
    Willingness and ability to work overtime on weekends and evenings occasionally, sometimes with short notice.
