    Job Title:
    Accounts Receivable Payable & Payroll Clerk (ARP/Payroll Clerk)
    Marie Main Office

    Status of Employment:
    Full-time, Permanent

    The Accounts Receivable/Payable and Payroll Clerk for the multidisciplinary rehabilitation company plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring the smooth flow of revenue and expenditures, and completing payroll.

    Typical duties would include creating a patient profile & treatment plan and, tracking approvals of treatment plans—and training practitioners on how to bill and invoice off the plan.

    Track specific accounts, create invoices, and enter and track payments on client accounts. Reconcile accounts and confirm practitioner accuracy. Complete payroll for staff and contractors per deadlines.


    Payroll:
    Complete Spark employee payroll per schedule
    Complete contractor payroll and follow up as required
    Complete payroll training processes with new employees and contractors


    Accounts Receivable:
    Follow up on outstanding accounts and address client inquiries regarding billing


    Accounts Payable:
    Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting / CMS software
    Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses within budgetary constraints
    Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred).
    Proven experience in accounts receivable/payable or a similar financial role.
    Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    The Accounts Receivable/Payable & Payroll Clerk reports to the Administrative Director and Director of HR. They collaborate with other finance and administrative staff to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
    This position operates in an office environment and requires prolonged sitting. 5 per week, with occasional flexibility to accommodate financial reporting deadlines, payroll submissions, and organizational needs.
