    Ready to take your mechanical skills to new heights?

    MatchBox Consulting Group is on the lookout for a dynamic Mechanical Field Supervisor to join our team If you're passionate about innovative mechanical design and crave a fulfilling work-life balance, this could be your dream role.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Leading the review and oversight of mechanical system installations
    2. Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specs
    3. Collaborating with consultants, engineers, and trades for project success
    4. Conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality
    5. Providing clear direction and resolving challenges on site
    6. Developing strong client relationships
    7. Managing project budgets and schedules effectively

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or trade certification
    • Minimum 8 years of mechanical construction experience
    • 3-5 years of supervisory foreman or superintendent roles
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and codes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and specs
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
