Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Create Revit drawings from mark-ups or based on instructions from team members for all Mechanical, Electrical and Fire protection departments.
Working as part of a collaborative team developing three-dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models.
Assisting in creating new Revit families and content where required as well as modifying existing content.
Organize and print drawing sets as requested in a timely manner.
Review drawings for quality control.
Prepare Reference Models.
Setup and manage drawing set using appropriate company drawing templates and standards.
Assisting Engineers in drawing production.
Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines
Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by the project team.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Training in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Building design.
Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360 is a strong asset.
Experience with reading and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Architectural drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Detail oriented.
