    We are seeking a proactive, reliable, responsible Executive Director of Business Unit to join our Wondershare family As executive director of business unit, you will be responsible for company-wide activities at strategic, tactical and operational levels. You will be able to define the business unit vision, plan and execute strategy for the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish business' goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, develop business plans and strategies.
    • Manage the business overall development and ensure that general operations seamlessly as employees accomplish established goals.
    • Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams.
    • Create a positive company culture through strong, inspirational leadership, motivate and provide leadership to leaders and managers.
    • Develop, execute and assess top business strategies that will propel business growth.
    • Collaborate with other executives, managers, and employees to identify meaningful solutions
    • Adjust important procedures and policies by collaborating with HR and assessing current industry trends;
    • Frequent communication across different geographic areas

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Degree in business administration or equivalent experience in entrepreneurship
    • Over 10 years experiences as managing/executive director or in a senior managerial role in North America;
    • Good knowledge of brand marketing, design, or product positioning
    • Proven success as a senior director managing departmental teams
    • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • short-term or long-term business trips may required
    • Mandarin skills is a plus

    Compensation Package:

    • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
    • Bonus incentive program, paid quarterly
