    Develop business acumen for managing a profit and loss statement

    Develop professional selling skills

    Prepare for a successful career in management and in sales.

    Partner with facility leadership to oversee a multi million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of the facility

    Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and business management

    Following successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a post-program promotion as an Operations Manager.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business related field

    Must be open to relocation based on business need for this position, and again for post program position and promotional opportunities

    Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's License

    Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship

    Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    Be able to operate material handling equipment safely, once trained

    Be able to distinguish the difference between colors, a skill used when color matching paint

    Prior work experience in sales, leadership or customer service

    Leadership experience as demonstrated by your involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Organizational and time management skills
