    Our Client which is a Large Investment Bank is urgently looking to hire a Sr. Core Java Developer (Multithreading - Low Latency)

    Sr. Core Java Developer (Multithreading - Low Latency).

    Location - Toronto, ON.

    Long Term Contract – 12 Months +

    Hybrid - Need 3 days onsite every week.

    Capital Markets – Trading Products experience is a must.

    Required Skills

    IT Experience Years.

    8+ years' experience in designing and developing enterprise systems (multithreaded, low latency Java based systems is a MUST).

    5+ years' hands on experience in designing and developing applications from scratch using Spring framework

    Strong skills in creating and managing Docker files and Containerized application that run on Java.

    Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency in Java 8 or later.

    Experience Design patterns and principles

    Good knowledge of relational databases and any messaging technology ( e.g. Apache James/Apache Flume/Solace/IBM MQ/Kafka)

    Ability to work independently with Airflow 2.2 or above (Simple DAG creations using Kubernetes POD Operation is a must)

    Excellent communication, including the ability to simplify technical details into human terms, and interact with nontechnical parties such as product owners and business analysts.

    Knack for writing clean, readable java code with unit tests

    Ability to multitask effectively and provide timely updates

    Nice-to-have

    Knowledge with Azure Storage, Azure Relation Databases, Key vault

    Experience with 'Agile' style development methods

    DevOps experience with continuous integration/delivery bestpractices, technologies and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, Ansible, SonarQube, Checkmarx.
