    Onboarding Specialist

    Remote / Digital Marketing / Full-Time

    You Could Be a Great Fit For This Role, If You Have:

    A Bachelor's degree

    Successful Thrivers in this role have majored in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Related Skills and Experiences

    • Proven experience in digital marketing, onboarding management, or client-facing roles within a marketing agency or similar environment.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to client interactions.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address client needs and challenges.
    • Positive attitude, adaptability, and the desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
    • Experience in creating and delivering presentations or training sessions.

    In This Role, You'll Get To:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, guiding them through the various steps and ensuring a positive and professional experience.
    • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions with clients, introducing them to our agency's services, processes, and methodologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, digital strategists, designers, and content creators, to gather the necessary information to tailor onboarding to each client's specific needs.
    • Develop customized onboarding plans that align with clients' goals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring a clear roadmap for the initial stages of their engagement.
    • Educate clients about digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics, and help them understand how these strategies can benefit their business.
    • Provide detailed explanations of our reporting and communication processes, setting expectations for regular updates and progress reviews.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, offering solutions and clarifications to ensure their comfort and confidence in our services.
    • Monitor and track client progress throughout the onboarding period, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively addressing challenges to ensure a successful transition to ongoing services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding process, incorporating client feedback and industry best practices.
    • Document onboarding activities, client preferences, and interactions in a comprehensive and organized manner for future reference.
