    Description

    As UXD Manager, you will lead a team of Designers driving the user experience strategy for a set of products focused on search, trip building and the booking flow.

    You will report to the Director of User Experience.

    Collaborate on the development and implementation of UX strategies and principles that align with Triparc's business goals and user needs.


    Team management :
    Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.


    Design leadership :

    Manage the design process, ensuring that decisions are made based on insights from user research, comparative analysis, and usability testing, and are in line with business goals and priorities.

    Guide the team through design refinements to deliver a high-quality user-centric experience for TripArc's users, while managing the balance between hands-on work and guidance.

    Introduce process improvements to facilitate design iteration.
    Online portfolio
    ~5+ years in UX design
    ~Experience working with remote and in-office teams
    ~ Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in User Experience or a related field (human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology, sociology etc.)
    ~ Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and limitations
