    Responsibilities

  • Develop QA strategies and standards based on projects across teams
  • Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled
  • Design, develop and execute manual test scenarios under regression test plans
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing
  • Present test results and communicate test progress to QA Manager
  • Participate in meetings with developers and project managers to discuss release scope and roadblocks
  • Identify opportunities and implement appropriate best practices
  • Ensure QA activities are completed and signed off in the expected time frame prior to release deployments
  • Install and deploy builds in test environments
  • Meet sprint goals, ensuring quality releases are delivered
  • Execute functional and regression tests manually and through automation
  • Contribute and support in the development of automated test scripts and execute for different releases

    • Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in software quality assurance
  • At least 1 year experience in test automation
  • Experience in the following: Manual and automated testing of desktop, web, and APIWeb service and API testing, including the interactions with SOAP and/or REST service endpoints through swagger or postman
  • Ability to identify, record, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Possess knowledge of relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
